Burning DivX DVD rips onto CD-R's and watching on DVD Player

Hello,
I was wondering if there's a way to burn any movie's that come in avi formats onto a CD and to be able to watch them on a DVD player. I have a PS2 as a DVD player so this may also present a problem. Thank You.

Your player must support the format, if it doesn't then the answer is NO!In your case I will say NO! Unless you've paid for the service you're so rudely demanding you might want to be a little more polite, no one here owes you anything.

damn right

a dvd player will support only dvd format.

If you want to play AVI files you will need to convert them into mpeg-1 format.

This is the same format as VCD, so get a dvd player that supports vcd

You have an incredible talent. By having precognitions of what other people can and can not afford you think you can effect their outcomes. Some people would look at this person and think, the poor boy he only has a Playstation, what other miseries has his parents invested on him. Others will think, "damn we got a rich boy here with a Playstation 2, sell him all kinds of shit for his playstation. His playstation can't do what he wants it too, and his not being able to afford $70.00 for a DVD Player is irrelevant since his current one cost almost $200.
