I have succesfully created svcds using galaxy and everything is fine except on some parts of the movie it seems to be pixelated.This only happens generally on high motion scenes i.e running etc.How would I be able to correct this?Thanks in advance.

Don't know much about VCDGalaxy pack, but when encoding SVCDs (using 2-pass or multipass method) you can normally determine the minimum, maximum and average bitrate -- average is important to determine so you can see what size you end up with your movie file, but by increasing maximum bitrate slightly, you can allow encoder to use more data for "hard parts" like fast motion sequences and less data for "easy parts" -- this should help with the pixelation which is really caused by the fact that encoder doesn't have enough data to play with for those "hard parts".
