Can someone tell me what this means and how to go about resolving it? I wanted to separate the theatrical version from the director's cut of a DVD but still retain the menus. I've been able to keep menus with episode TV series DVD but this time I got this.

After clicking Ok I got this

I don?t know what any of this means because I?m no expert when it comes to deciphering the filenames. After doing a search, I came across some information that said something about multiangles and blanking the angles I don?t want. It also said to use PGCEdit instead of VOB Blanker. So how do I know what angle to blank? In PGC Edit, after going to the title I want, I can click Del Angle. When I do that, I get this

Now what?

Well, your research did show you how to go about removing interleaved cells. The basic way to do this is to:

1) If the cells are the last ones in the VTS, just "delete last PGC in domain"
2) If they are not, then open the PGC editor (double click on the PGC) and remove all cells except one, using remove cells. You have to keep one cell, but blank the remaining cell out so that it contains nothing.

Multi-angle VTS can be a little tricky, and mistakes can be made. Be sure to check the entire DVD after you do any blanking, deleting, etc.

Here is the home page of PgcEdit: http://download.videohelp.com/r0lz/pgcedit/

There are some directions on the use of the program, and the program is free.

I however, purchased DVDReMake Pro. With that program you may separate the interleaved cells and select to keep them or remove them. You may also edit menu's and so forth. For example let's say you have a DVD with the Theatrical Version and the Directors Cut. You want to keep the Directors cut, but remove the other cells. It is easy to do with DVDRemake Pro. Of course this program is not free, and it does not work with Blu Ray movies. You have the option of going the free route which is very time consuming, or purchasing a program such as DVDRemake, or another software that does the same thing.

Note: Purchase DVDReMake through the above link so that Afterdawn gets the credit for the sale.

Use this link to read about it, and what you are able to do. Also please note that I'm running Windows 7 and it works, even though it is not posted on Ad as working past Windows XP.
