Airwolf was one of the premier action shows of the 80s and was more believable than the sugar-coated antics of Knight Rider and A-Team. But Knight rider was watched more than any other show at the time (well as far as i know). And to prove that you will come accross countless websites english/other languages which are dedicated to the show or have information for people who are still!! intrested to have their own kitt replica with the same interior as kitt 100%, heck it even comes with a remote control to open/close the car doors ...i know most of you all have seen it and if i am not wrong if given the choice of having a car from the 80's it would with no doubt would be "KITT" and a good news ..could be a rumor as well but they are filming a new KNIGHT RIDER but this time David Hasselhoff aka Michael Knight will be a mentor for the new Hero! well even if its rumors it still sounds good to me!.
automan...I dont exactly remember a great deal about it but as far as i remember it was good ...imagine he had everything personalised helicopter car suits ...god forbid what else :p correct me if i am wrong ..there was some brain kid who's computer somehow created automan, who would go around solving crimes.
well i know I have missed a lot here and there....well I wanted everyone to share thier opinion on theses three shows! and if so it may help many to find lost episode ...i know 5tupid opinion of mine.!

Never Heard of Automan, but i think the three best in my opinion are these, in this order:
1. The A-Team
2. Knight Rider
3. Airwolf
a 4th might be Dukes of Hazzard

You guies are forgeting McGuiver. I all take a fire extinguisher, paper clip and some water and make a bomb to clear this door. That was a classic, its odd watching him now on Star Gate (SG1).
But definetly agree with others, but never heard of Automan.

you mean you never heard of auto man ..hmm ok .i just did some search and landed on this information .. regarding the actor of automan( automan was started in 1983 i guess well could be wrong too) he played "Joey" in episode: "Welcome Back, Bo 'n' Luke" (episode # 5.19) 25 February 1983.
and also came in the following
Into the woods(1991)
General hospital
America 3000. hopefully you might have seen him in one of these tv shows and yeah his name was "Chuck Wagner"............no clue who he is i suppose !! well all i can say the reason i believe these shows (the ones i mentioned above ) were popular was bcoz of the technology presented in the movie! like knight rider no matter what how far humans have gone in science they can't make artificial intelligence like kitt but at that time it was like WHOA!! thats cool same was with automan they showed computers to be something that could do anything !(only if they knew how to)like his car, chopper, suit, etc.! ..i know i am not much of a convincer, just trying to share my point of view !!! by the way i am sure you guys have payed the knight rider game:-| ????

and by the way i was wondering if ny one knew about this show all i remember it had something to do with the letter " V " and maybe thats what it was called and when i watched it for the first time it was like one hell of a horror show for me !!hey i was small... what they did was that they ate white mice and after eating or was it before eating ..naah maybe while eating ...their eyes changed and they maybe became something like a reptile or something with a snake like tongue !! well thats all i can remember about it .
if nyone with ny bright idea's ...post em up!!

Haha - i remember V, watched a few of them and gave up.
Best program on TV ever, has to be......um.....The Manchester United TV Channel on MUTV on SKy, all its programs are the best. You can watch all the matches they have played in the past, all the great wins etc.....WOW....what a channel ;-)

At my local video store I saw a bunch of DVD`s fro Automan, but it was a 1960`s tv show. Was that the original and was yours a remake?

haha - i disassociate myself from any such comments made by Prisoner. I....er....am not a closet fan of anime....or anything else to do with closets, unless hiding in them when a hubby comes home early.
Yeah - im off on a holiday for a few days, then im back for a few days and then off to Majorca for a week in the Sun.....:D

well i coudnt tell for sure!! maybe the one i was talking about was a remake ...who knows they didnt have the money or something to put on air so they waited for more than 15 year!!man!
did it have the same actor in the lead role "Chuck Wagner" well maybe it was made in the 60's !..nyways u could maybe give it a try ! and post ur remarks!

talking about manimal...i was just thinking ...did manimal change into animal he wanted(i think turning into an eagle was his fav.!)...coz i really cant remember him being nything other than a snake,tiger ...hmm,... whatelse...yeah eagle offcourse! .
Did nyone see him turn into somethng different?

and yes about that automan !!! well its been many years but as far as i can remember they were pretty neaty done!! i could be wrong though but it was kinda simmilar to it ! and i think his car was like kitt !!not exatctly but quite similar!!
