How do I make Ogm files smaller?

I want to burn these files to a CD-R (I don't have a DVD-R) but the files are pretty big 238MB each. I would like to burn at least 3 on each CD. I have NERO, and yes I tried using the over burn option (didn't help)

I heard that I can make the files smaller using Virtualdubmod, but I have no idea on to use it=(

If anyone can help I would appreciate it very much=)
