The problem is like this:
I had a nvidia graphics card earlier and using the s-video for tv-out i had to purchase tv-tool to solve the problem of black and white picture.

Well now i've got an ATi card, and because tv-tool doesn't support ati's cards i've faced a new problem.

With tv-tool i had the possibility to change manually the tv-out options about s-video and correct the problem. ATI control panel doesn't give you the possibility to change these things neither did the nvidia, so i was wondering are there any similar programs like tv-tool for ati's cards or has anyone got any other solution for my problem?
