I cant seem to boot all my PS2 backups like I was used to with this DVD disc. My CD disc still works perfect but the DVD disc only boots a few games now. I get disc read errors when trying to boot this disc. And when I do get my system to boot the disc, when I swap, I get the red border meaning disc error. I tried resurfacing the DVD boot disc with a GameDoctor and it still doesnt work. Any suggestions?

I pretty much figured that my DVD disc is finished. I think its time to get a DMS3.

I've just discovered something strange. All my backups are on either the following media: Apple, TDK, Verbatim, K-hypermedia. Now my Swap Magic DVD disc used to load all my backups on all these media no problem. Now the DVD disc only boots K-hypermedia backups. WTF. I thought Verbatim's were the best. Why the hell is my system only booting K-Hypermedia Discs now. Did something happen to my laser? Or is it the Swap Magic DVD Disc?

Ok, Problem Solved. The trouble was that my systems laser was dirtier than a $5 whore. All I did was put some rubbing alchohol on that baby, ajust the cogwheel a bit and whammo; All my backups boot again. Dont be afraid of disc read errors ladies and gentlemen. Just open up your system and clean the laser. It just may help!

2.Eject enter a real big ps2 disc refresh toc
3.switch game with backup (fliptop or slide card) press square
