Apple extending iTunes music previews to 90 seconds

Apple has begun sending notices to record labels informing them that iTunes will soon move to 90-second song previews, extending the time from the current 30-seconds. Well I don't need to buy anymore music if that's the case. Some songs these days aren't even worth listening to for 3 minutes.

Yeah...and next the choice will be remove yourself from Amazon or be removed from iTunes...or maybe they will go the "green" route and threaten to remove anyone who keeps making those polluting CDs.

Not sure what everyone here is complaining about? They are letting you preview songs for 90 seconds instead of 30...for free...what's the problem?

Haven't you noticed that every topic about Apple inevitably turns into an Apple smear-fest?

This is a good thing, the time extension.
