I read the entire court transcript, and I really doubt California has anything to worry about this law being put through. Sure they asked Smith some tough questions but through a lot of it Smith could answer with a clear indication he knew what he was talking about.

Morazzimi tho, well he got put in his place; a lot. They attacked the vagueness of the proposed statute, why the issue of labeling wasn't addressed from the previous court decision, why they did not appeal the court's decision on all counts of their proposed statute, and really nailed on his belief if the statute would even work without breaching the first amendment. Safe to say the more this guy tried to speak, the less the judges wanted to hear him.

I wonder when they'll revisit this case again, considering they have until June to decide.
