A New York appeals court has reinstated Amazon and Overstock's lawsuit over sales taxes today, a decision that could shape Internet taxation for the future.
Both e-tailers have claimed that New York's state law forcing them to collect sales tax on online purchases is unconstitutional.
The original complaint had been dismissed.

Terrible selection, high prices, mean clerks, and it takes an hour to get through the line of people that are at one register because the other 19 registers are closed.
So...assuming they carry what you want, and that they don't mark it up 300%, and that you can find it with the clerks sending you to the wrong area just for spite, you fall asleap in line, get your wallet stolen, and then you still can't buy!
