One analyst has said today that Apple's upcoming second-generation iPad tablet will have a dual-mode chip that will support both EVDO and HSPA for 3G data connectivity. That confirms it...apple intentionally left the cameras out just to sell the 2nd gen version.

And that shouldn't suprise anyone. A huge part of Apple's business model is planned obsolescence. Do you know of any Apple fanbois who have not replaced their Ipod or Iphone just to upgrade when their original device still works fine?

The next gen will have a front facing camera.. the third generation will have a front facing camera.. the fourth generation will have a usb port.....

and the sheep out there will continue to buy the latest version.....
