hey when i go to burn useing nero 6 i go though all the process and when it gets ready to burn there is a pop up that says drive is being used by someother program what can i do help please.

Two possibilities:

1) You have a packet-writing app such as InCD or Drag to Disc installed which can cause that error.

2) You need to disable Windows IMAPI burning service if you haven't done so already.
