ATI All-In-Wonder Rage 128 and Nero

I use my ATI card to regularly record TV programs to my hard drive, so I know how the card works for that purpose. I now want to record TV in Nero (latest version). When I try to launch the Nero "Record to TV" I get an error message saying "Capture device is already in use". I have made sure that nothing else is using the "capture" part of the video card. Any suggestions?

There is a another reason for this problem but for the life of me i cant remember it. One possibility is that the Nero recording feature is ... um ... "not that great" and in fact is quite poor and unstable. Not much of a solution im afraid. :)
