these are labeled pny technologies, but manuf is unidentifiable. not sure what to make of?

Google search found very little information on these. This ATIP has been on a Memorex and some other smaller brands. Here's a picture however - I am sure that someone can identify the serial code.

I get precisely identical info from Samsungs.

"Samsung DIGITall 16x CD-R80", 700MB, "Made in Taiwan". Blue cover page with gold lettering.
