The Ultimate Fighting Championship has sued games publisher Ubisoft this week, alleging that its "Fighters Uncaged" game infringes on a UFC catchphrase trademark. On the back of "Fighters Uncaged" is the phrase "Become the ULTIMATE FIGHTING weapon!"
