Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer has said today at CES that Xbox 360 owners will soon be able to navigate Netflix and Hulu Plus using hand gestures, via their Kinect motion control systems. The upcoming spring update will give users a chance to use their hands to find and watch videos via the services, or even use spoken commands.
