Nintendo has denied that it is planning to phase out its DSi handheld console in anticipation of the release of the Nintendo 3DS over the coming weeks. I bet that the only way Nintendo would remove the dsi if the new 3ds allow us to play other gameboy games once again and the price for dsi and xl has a price drop... I bet Nintendo next plan is releasing 3ds lite then 3ds xl etc....

I doubt there will be a 3DS lite considering the upcoming 3DS is pretty lite already, but definitely a 3DS XL.
