RapidShare AG has again won in court in a case brought by Atari over the distribution of Atari content through the RapidShare service. RapidShare originally had lost a case in a lower Düsseldorf court. You know, if this Legal Lottery shit went both ways (i.e., no matter which one lost, somebody paid the bullshit bill) there would be a lot less of this garbage going on. Plus, the Lawyers have to put the money up front. No money from the client. Period. Otherwise, the lawyer gets to serve the same sentence as the client (if there is jail time). Might be a bunch more street justice, but would that 'necessarily' be the worst thing? Food for thought...
