Not true...Apple can't write security, so everything they make gets jailbroken. With a bit of luck someone will figure out a way to install honeycomb on this thing, and then it will be almost as good as all the other Android tablets.
I would bash the lo-res cameras, but I don't see much use for a camera on one of these things anyway. No one really uses that locked-down, apple-only video conferencing, but even if they did, the crummy cameras are up to the task of the crummy quality that you get with facetime anyway.

Apple PR -to- English translation: We decided to include a high quality display because we were charging for it anyway, but then decided to drop the display and just keep the price.
I like the SD card reader...but I really can't give them any credit there; it should have been on the first one, and I am guessing there is no XD support.
Really, if it were not for the operating system, the low production quality, and the high price, then it would be a decent tablet. Too bad all those other things exist, but I am sure that none of those things will hurt sales any. I wonder if Apple will be accepting Apple giftcards this time...
