I love steam, since I live in México and many games are not as easy to obtain and are always overpriced, and the thing I like the most is the packages they sell.

Steam is the reason that I stopped buying PC games from Valve right after Half Life 2.

I love me some steam. there are games I see on there I normally wouldn't have noticed or bought because of it. I also like having one place for all of my games to patch through. Easy peasy.

When I first saw steam I did not like it at all but over the years it has grown on me. Now if a game is not available on Steam I think twice before buying it. I have even purchased some games twice just so I would have it on Steam. I hope the keep up the good work.

I have quite a few games on Steam, but all were titles that I bought on sale. I won't pay full price for a game on Steam, it's just not worth as much to me since I can't sell it or give it away and always need to run the Steam client to play the game.

My biggest gripe with Steam though is their customer service. It is only through email and it takes a day to get a response. Both times I have contacted them it has taken a day to get the initial response from them, longer to correct the problem.I can't think of any other company that I have dealt with that has a billion dollars in sales that you can't speak to a real person after negotiating their phone menus and being on hold for a while. Steam doesn't even publish a phone number. They need to take some of the profit and invest it in customer service.
