Instant Copy 8 Menu Problems

I've been a bit lazy since I'm doing a lot of copying right now, and have been using Instant Copy for the whole ripping/compressing/burning process. I'm usually including only the main movie, the menues and the surround sound audio track. However, there are almost always problems with the menues. This has only applied to the Play Movie menu though, and you can get around that by entering the scene selection menu instead, so it hasn't bothered me much. But on the latest movie I burned, I couldn't even pass the first intro menu where you select language, so I couldn't get to the movie. Has anyone had similar problems? For now I'm just skipping the menues and it works fine, but I'm going to burn some TV series soon and need the scene selection etc.
