nascards,
What is the last step that you are getting to and in what order are you using decryptor, shrink, and Nero?
Are you trying to burn VOB files or an Iso file?

LONER,
I was simply pointing out that the Guide section was also at the top of every page on this site. No reason to get your panties in a twist. Besides you obviously don't read the posts since the gentleman already stated that he looked the guides.

If you are using a DVD9 disc, one over 4.7GB I would just start with DVDShrink and then follow the guide from there using Nero. If you have tried this and it is still not working then you may want to try using shrink and making an ISO file to burn with decryptor.

While your learning Decrypter/Shrink/Nero. Might as well get XCopy working too. What version are you using? You can get the most current ripper versions here:

Just to help you along a lil faster. Use Shrink w/ Nero or Shrink w/ Decrypter ... no need to use all three together.

nascards,
6 months ... well forget about the refund I mentioned in the PM.. And good you've got Nero.
And yes Shrink w/ Nero or Shrink w/ Decrypter
Shrink w/Decryter
1) Open Shrink, Open Disc
2) Click "backup!"
3) Change Target Destination to "ISO Image File", then check box to Launch DVD Decrypter
4) Click ok
Shrink w/Nero
1) Open Shrink, Open Disc
2) Click edit, then preferences
3) Under the File I/O tab, check to Enable burning with Nero
4) Click "backup!", and change target destination to your burner
5) Click ok.

Settle down fellas, we're all friends here and the personal attacks are uncalled for.
I imagine we're giving nascards the impression that we're not the lovely bunch that we really are.
Now on to what we're all here for - helping nascards :)
flip gave you some great pointers there for Shrink. It's really pretty simple once you get it figured out, so please come back and we'll try to keep the catfights to a minimum :)

I've never noticed a difference which is better(Decrypter or Nero)... But if you don't want to buy Nero, Decrypter is your choice. In my opinion backups turn out good using either combination.

I'm guessing it took around 2-2 1/2 hours? That is how long it takes on my gateway. Can you add more ram? Cause 384 is max for my gateway.

If it works keep it. Is Xpress faster? There might be a time you might just want the movie and not all the extras. Plus its always nice to have another method of backing up.
I use:
DVD Shrink w/DVD Decrypter
DVD Shrink w/Nero
AnyDVD w/ Nero Recode 2
DVD Rebuilder w/ CCE Basic
DVDXCopy Platinum
DVDCloner2
GamesXCopy

he,he... Started with XCopy Platinum, then bought DVD Cloner 2, the found A/D and learned how to use Shrink/Decrypter/Nero. I mainly use Shrink w/ Decrypter. Experimenting with Rebuilder and CCE basic right now. And every so often will use DVD Cloner or Platinum just to get some use out of it. :)

Cheap jabs do nothing to help the situation. Can at least one of you be a grown up and leave it be?
