And new versions of this will be "developed" every 4 months instead of the current 6 month cycle...

And where did the 6 months come from, as far as i could see a new iphone is released every 12 months not 6. unless you count the iphone 4 and its white counterpart. enlighten me if I'm wrong

Exaggerated for effect but, partially true given your example. "I" iterations, between the phone, pod, and pad seem to occur at least every 6 months.

Yeah ipad is march/april
iphone is june/july
ipod is september/october
macs are usually about october

so minimum every 6 months
