I have created VCDs by using Super DVD Ripper and play them back on Power DVD. The audio and video playback is out of sync BUT I'm assuming this is only a playback problem since I never used to have this problem with the same VCDs. I don't know what has changed to do this. Also once a/v gets out of sync, adjusting the slide bar just a little will bring it back into sync but only temporarily.
