Howto check if a DVD is PAL or NTSC?

I really tried searching for an answer and couldn't find anything...

I just to know how to tell if a DVD -R is PAL or NTSC.

What would be even better is if I could check the VIDEO_TS folder contents of a DVD before burning it to know.

If you have Nero 6, Nero Info Tool will tell you if its NTSC or PAL. Choose Nero Info Tool and select Disc Tab.

If you have Nero 6, Nero Info Tool will tell you if its NTSC or PAL. Choose Nero Info Tool and select Disc Tab.
