Burned disk with Shrink and no problems or errors, however, on some of the later chapters there was no audio. I seleced the 5.1 Audio first.

Then I re-burned and selected both 2 & 5.1 Audio. This time the audio was fine.

Should it matter which audio is selected. I thought 5.1 would be the best to select when possible.

Normally you will have the 5.1 .ac3 audio with the main movie and the 2 channel stuff with the extras. If 5.1 is there at the start of the main movie title it should be there throughout the entire main title. What movie is this?

5.1 is great if you have surround sound, if you don't, it gets folded down to regular stereo by your playback equipment.
If you are using Shrink, it's a good idea to preview the audio with the audio preview feature. More info on that in the AD Shrink guide.

Thats really odd that they apparently left it off the last two chapters. I sure would use the preview to take a "look" at the audio. Just to see what streams are actually there.
To me, it's like having the last two chapters turn to black and white.
There may be a reason to swap the audio, but I don't know why they would put a movie together this way.
Audio tracks are kind of an all or nothing proposition, I doubt if Shrink dropped the audio off during the last two chapters.
I would like to know what you find out if you preview the audio. I don't have this movie to test.

Cheers,
Frank
