Where do I get EVOX?

I just purchased an Xbox that has A Maxtor 120GB Hard Drive installed, A Xecuter 2 Pro, and the Evox dashboard but it is not working. The person that I bought it from says that the dashboard was messed up when she wend on Xbox Live and it just needs to be reloaded. Can someone help me tell me where to get Evox and then tell me how to get this thing working or at list find out if I have been had or not!

#1 rule: Don't ask where to get evoX or any programs like that. There are many tuts on other things, search x-scene
