Okay, here's the break down. Diablo 2 copied onto my hard drives as an MDF. Alright, no problem there. Extract it(try to) with ISOBuster and I geta bunch of unreadable sector errors. Ohh well, I decided to just use alcohol and burn a copy- no problems at all. Try to run from the disk and I get

D:SETUP.EXE
The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction
CS: 0000 IP: 0077 OP:xx-xx-xx-xx-xx Chose 'Close' to terminate the application

Well them- now we to copy directly from the disc to the hard drive with no problems. Try to run from the HD and now we end up with the pathfile name followed by The parameter is incorrect. Someone please help me!!!

1. WHy are you trying to extract from the MDF/MDS instead of just copying via, say Explorer or Explorer/Daemon?

2. Not sure if ISOBuster fully suppports MDS extraction since I know the MDF/MDS format is kinda proprietory
