Nokia has won a partial review of the patent case it lost to Apple in March, with the six-member ITC reviewing 2 of the 6 patent claims that were thrown out by an ITC judge earlier in the year. The ITC will focus on a few specific terms in the two patents. Nokia is looking for a full injunction on the iPhone in the United States.
