Ok is there a place to get a plug in that will let me burn a mpeg to dvd to watch in my dvd player or what cause i am confussed if anyone can help me i would like that i will check this post tomorrow morning please help me thanks Phun

You should not need any plug-ins if you have Nero 6. You can use NeroVision Express to turn your Mpeg into a DVD.

Just use the "To create a basic DVD movie" tutorial.

Your DVD drive also should have come with some kind of player such as "Power DVD" or something and you can get Shrink and Decrypter here for FREE!!! ya hoo free is good!!!

Fasfrank is right Nero 6 has it... If you have the full version. If you do, you'll need to download 3 of the 4 updates. The one you don't need is InCD4. Just visit http://www.nero.com and go to updates.
