If I film in PAL and burn my movie onto a DVD and send it by snail mail to my family in the U.S., can they play it on their computer? Is the burnt DVD independent of the PALor NTSC playback system when watched on a computer? Can a Windows computer watched a movie created in iMovie(Mac) or must I convert it to some other format?
