hey all. i'm doing great. i'm still a bit exhausted and my back aches a lot, but apart from that i'm good. cant get enough of our little baby girl. she's such an angel, just eats eats eats..lol..sleeps and pooooooops! she's quick to settle and sleeps well at night. we went and registered her birth yesterday, so she's official. :) everyone who see's her comments on how cute she is..lol..and then on how big she was at birth. yeh, you dont have to remind me! lmao.
anyways, here's a pic of her NOT asleep...since Bubba seems to have posted only sleepy pics. we had some professional shots of her done, so when we get those we'll post em. oh, plus we'll be in the paper next week. :)

take over you say. Hah. I try :-) At the moment I am up untill about 3:30am-ish trying to give Mrs B some sleep. She just will not relax. Grrrrr. She is driving me nuts:-)
Lol@Mrs Taz getting broody. Mrs B was never broody until one of her cousins had a kid.

Well Mrs B has sandy blonde coloured hair. And when I have hair it's Brown..... The only bit of red hair between us is in my Moustache. And none of our families have red hair either. I think she will end up with her mums hair.

i can almost guarentee that her hair will fall out and come back really really blonde. its a trait in my family, plus bubba was a blonde bubby. shes already started loosing whats shes got and when you look at her in a certain light or angle, she looks like an old man with just a ring of hair around her head above the ears..lol.
she had a weigh in yesterday, and has gone from 4060g at birth, 3780g at discharge to 4120g!!! plus she's grown 2cm taller. she's now 53cm long. the nurse was amazed at her progress, considering she's only 13 days old. oh, she's also starting to roll a bit. she managed to roll onto her side twice yesterday. and she's cheeky..she's strong enough that she can hold her head up for a good few seconds when your trying to burp her. lol.
when bubba gets around to it we'll post the pic from the paper and i'm going to try and get a nice shot of her today in the cutest outfit ever...Mrs Taz will agree..lol.

AWWWWW, nice one Mr Taz. I have been blown away by all the love given by the Afterdawn "posse" to Bubbas' family.
I feel priviliged to be a small (probably the smallest) part of this wonderful community. It just goes to show how much love there is in this world.

you know pulsar, i am blown away too...its amazing to see what you guys write. when all is eventually said and done, we'll be printing this thread and keeping it for alicia to read when she's older.
taz - thats so great what you did with that pic. i've been DYING to get onto the pc and work on some of her pics (i'm making a calander) but i havent had a chance!
anyways, back into the woodwork i go.......
