Quote: I think a Green Day CD just came out.
Green Day's CD came out September of 2004.
And congrats to them for winning THREE MTV Video Awards!

hey djscoop, did they get an award for "November has come"?, the song was ok, but the video had a great value, it was very patriotic too.

yesh the video for that is great, but they didn't win the award for "when september ends", cause it was just premiered a few weeks ago. (BTW the song is actually about Billy's dad who died when he was only 10.) They won:
Best Rock Video for Boulevard of Broken Dreams
Viewer's Choice Award
and Best Video of the Year (also for Boulevard...)
as much as I love the classic stuff like Kerplunk, Dookie, and Insomniac, I think their new album is phenominal. The best track by far has to be Jesus of Suburbia...absolutely genious! They deserved to win all the awards they have...

@djscoop
Green day does have a new release but I think it's just interviews w/ a 'free' mini poster. It's called X-Posed: The Interview.
I'll be seeing them tommorrow nite.
