alright now this is ridiculous. liero has your sdl shipped yet? I mean damn, it ain't like this is the wii we ordered. This product is what, a couple yrs old. On top of that, its from Datel from whom is supposed to be a disliked and not #1 on my top 5 list of companies who make products that are unsupported by the host company consoles. how long does it normally take for things to restock?

YEAH!!! GOOD NEWS! I contacted sales again, and it turns out they just got more stock in... my media launcher (with no SD card) shows that it is scheduled to be shipped out today! :)
So for whoever else is waiting for theirs, you should be getting soon too. :D

ok guys i know you are all happy and stuff (hell im a little happy myself XD) but, we still got many things to do before we can use it. Such as grabbing some sd cards and some mini-dvds. Well I have tons 1 gb sd cards lying around the house that were used for cameras that I could use. I don't know about you guys but as usual for me, the disc media that everyone says is the best is never sold in any of my local retail stores which means I gotta go for the 2nd best which they usually have.
EDIT: Time out. It just occurred to me. If I have to (and I most likely will) adjust the pot, won't that void the warranty seeing as I have to open the cube to do it?

But for pot adjusting, I don't think it'll be that hard. I've seen youtube videos of dissembly/assembly off the gamecube, and I even found a great "repair guide" off of http://gctracker.mine.nu:800/. It's a .exe file (no virus, I've scanned it) and I've uploaded it to my website for y'all.

the only thing i prob wouldn't be able to grab is the multimeter. i think if anything i'll just turn it a bit. i'm really not good and deathly afraid with anything that requires opening the console (I mean for my ps2 i have swap magic for my bro's ds, i got the r4, and for my psp slim i have the pandora battery set) and I wish I knew someone who knows how who is willing to do it for me but unfortunately i'm the only one who cares about the cube where i live. every1 else is ps2, 360, and ps3. If someone didn't mind comin to richmond, va i'd ask. that's another thing, ppl in this city are not tech savy @ all, at least in the part of the county i live in. Man...since this pot adjustment is required I guess i'm screwed huh? :(

can anyone here make a video/or explain how to do the POT adjust like how much counter clock-wise?because i heard you have to turn it 1/8 of a fraction but.....i always thought it's too much because also on another site(the one POT adjustment tutorial posted here)says a one minite turn can mean 100s drop/gain which means 1/8(of what i think)is too much
