One day until Microsoft's E3 keynote, the recurring rumor seems to be that the company will unveil the Xbox Live 'Diamond' TV service.
Codenamed "Orapa," the service will merge Xbox Live with Microsoft's mediaroom IPTV service.
Additionally, the company is expected to better integrate Zune music and video services to the new platform.

Hope it's cheaper than foxtel(on xbox live) in Australia! Because they signed an agreement witgh M$, we now have to pay 4 times as much to use an on-demand service (In addition to the cost of the data itself!) Why would anyone bother with those prices?
I hope Diamond isn't US only... (or if it is we can get to it with the new paypal arrangement)

Zune is their music and movies platform, not the Zune media players.
