Facebook planning IPO at $100 billion valuation

CNBC has said today that the social networking giant Facebook will file for an IPO as early as October, with a $100 billion valuation. The company would then go public in the Q1 2012, possibly even in January. Facebook has not confirmed the news, yet, but their COO did call an IPO "inevitable" just last week.
