Well i installed WinMX and in the middle of the installation after it had scanned my internet connection it said I was unable to recieve TCP connections. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and if there is a way to make it so your computer recieve connections from the TCP port?

It's your firewall settings. Make sure you have PnP among other features enabled.
