so wth, is there an iphone 5 or no? article says iphone 5, and then says there is saying no iphone 5 but Iphone 4s, then said iphone 4 will be $99 when Iphone 5 rolls out...either way, HTC EVO and Android base system is better.

No one knows for sure. Read the article more slowly. Chris Whitmore says yes, the iPhone 5 will becoming soon. Keith Bachman believes, instead, there will be an iPhone 4S.

It's not the price of the phone that's the problem. The problem is that the minimum contract price to have an iPhone is $85, or around $95 after fees on AT&T.
