This is SO illegal I can't even begin to tell you folks how much!!!

1. In a court of law, it's always the prosecutions case to prove the guilt, NOT the other way around.
2. The defendant has to render personal information to these A*^%$#* in hopes of proving innocence?
3. Guilt is presumed over innocence anyway. Where the F&#$ do these people live!!!
4. The defendant has to pay all the charges. Even before he/she ever gets caught up in this mess (gets added to your monthly bill).

If ever I wanted to put a saddle on a fat assed ambulance chaser and scream "Class Action Law Suit" at the top of my lungs on this one, this would be it. Not only would I be suing ALL the mentioned providers, but the MPAA & RIAA for even pressuring them to go along with it in the first place.

I hope there's a lawyer reading my rant for once...
