please help. i have just bought a swap magic 3 with slide tool but when i use the slide tool, the tray doesnt come out. sometimes i am able to pull it out but then i cant get it back in again.

dont worry i have sorted the problem. turns out i had the slide tool upside down.

let this be a lesson to you all - dont throw your slide tool away until youve tried it the other way!
