I switched the laser in my PS2 with my brothers since I could not play any DVD-R backups but when I put my original laser back I noticed that not one single disc would load?? When I put a disc in the drive I can hear the laser working but it seems that it just can't find the right track, so to speak. It just keeps searching and searching forever. I also noticed that the colour of the laser is not as bright as my brothers for example.

Does this mean my laser is finished?
