Ok, I followed the guide to convert avi to dvd, but had no sound when playing it in my dvd player. Here's what I did step by step.

1. Extracted the ac3 audio
2. Used Tmpgenc to convert the avi to dvd/mpeg-2. I made sure to follow all directions considering if you have an ac3 file.
3. Used IFOedit to author the dvd. I loaded the video file created by tmpgenc and the ac3 file extracted previously.
4. Loaded all the files created by IFOedit into nero under the video_ts foler.

Is there any reason why the audio is not working when I play the finished dvd on my player?
