hi i have a video that i need to convert to mpeg 2 but i need it to fit on a dvd and i dont know what kbs to use for the video becuase the video is 23 fps and i pressed the load button and i loaded the ntscdvd.mcf and i dont know if the video will go over the dvd-r limit. The video is pal i want it ntsc without goinjg over the dvd-r limit and i dont know if i can do this in the project wizard? anyhelp thanks. in general i want to know if my pal will convert to ntsc with out going over the dvd-r limit bucase with out the project wizard i dont know? the video is about 2:50 mins thaknks!!!!!!!
