Multiple VOB to Single MPEG file converter

Hi,

i would like to know if a tool exsists that will merge a film split into multiple VOB files and drop them to MPEG format directly?

I have disc readers, so getting the VOB files isn't a problem, nor is making MPEGs out of VOBs, it's just that i have a TV series of discs that have 4 episode on each disc in muliple VOBs [8] and i would like to make single MPG files of the individual episodes...
