Problems with Tmpgenc to load Real Media

I've read alot of post and heard alot of people using Tmpgenc to convert real media files. It should work if we have Real Alternative installed.

For some reason, I have Real Alternative installed and I have the directshow set at the highest priority in Tmpgenc and still it doesn't load the Real Media file.

Can anyone help with the problem??
Someone mentioned using AVISynth in this post...
