I have set up an ftp using win2000 when i try to acces it I get a error msg. Windows cannot access this folder. Make sure you typed the file name correctly and that you have permission to access the folder. I need help someone please help me!

What program did you use to instal the FTP??
Have you created users or configured the server to accept anonymous connections?

I used the one that is inside win2000, but when i try to access the site I cant get in.

you should check the configuration again, sometimes trying to connect as an anonymous user doesn't work. I suggest you create users, that way you'll surely get in and you'll increase your security

If I go in using the same isp for server and connecting computer, I can puul the site up but if i try to place files in it, it says"an error occurred creating a folder on the ftp server. make sure you have permission to put files on the server.
