Wow, I thought they would have gave them first dibs on the last batch. You would have to have been the last man at a cubicle to not know about it wouldn't you? It's nice that they're taking care of their customers first. WAY TO GO HP!
Eh...I ordered a pair of them the first time and my order got canceled; that kinda squashed my enthusiasm for the thing. I can wait a month or two of the $200 Amazon tablet with Android...with HP build quality, probably only about 1/2 of TouchPads will last over a year anyway...if I am buying a tablet I expect at least three years.

Agreed, I was bidding on a touchpad but now I'm just waiting to see what amazon comes out with and hpefully its worth waiting.
They are also letting the employees purchase as many as they want. They have a no-resale policy, but I can't see what the guy who walked out with 10 is going to do with them. Oh, gifts. Yeeeeaaaaaa, that's it.

I was able to get one for $112 shipped (screw the eBay prices, freaking hate hoarders/scalpers, no business from me for sure). It's not a bad toy for $100 bucks. If I can get another one for $100, I will, but yeah, I'm also intrigued by Amazon's tablet...
