they are out right now. verbatim is the only one making them right now. they sell for 25.00 for one dl disc

Yea, I got a NEC 2510 for the heck of it.... was only $90. Haven't installed it yet, waiting for the dl media. Figure might as well see how good it works ... someone has to try :)

Just to let you know Dabs.com are advertising but none in stock.
PC world have are supposed to be selling them soon.

I am new ,but I have been searching through and I was able to pick up a variety 10 pack of Verbatium media. It has 8 DVD-R, 1 DVD+R dl, and a DVD+RW. It was 30 bucks. The DL is the dual layered disc refered to correct? (says it holds 8.5 g/ 240min)

Here in Australia I can buy them for bout $2.60-$3.20 depending on quantity.
I'd think in the UK/Europe or the USA, it'd be much easier and cheaper to buy them!
