Quick question lads ive got a Epson Stylus Photo 900 that prints on printable disk"s ive done many a disk and had no problems the other day i wiped a disk that had been left out its case with a damp cloth and the F-in ink started to come of ild done this disk about 6 month"s ago the disk was a Verbatim cdr i wiped one of my Ritek DVD-R and same again i know the solution is dont wipe them then, has any one else had the same problem ?

I just now started printing on Dvds so I have not run into that yet, but I ma glad you said something. I won't do that now. Thanks for finding that out the hard way for us.

i just going to start printing on cd's/dvd's but i want to know which printer to use ive seen 1 that only prints in red /blue / green can you get 1 that prints all colours like a normal printer does.

pentium 4 3,2ghz 1gig ddr 2700
asusp4p800 delux mobo's
120gig sata hdd's
gforce fx 5600 8x agp
6.1 sound
no fancy lights way to girly

The Epson R200 prints in all colors and looks really good too. $99.95 US at most stores

The Epson R200 and R300 are actually the same printer. The only difference is that the R200 does not have a memory card reader or LCD screen and is 80 bucks cheaper.

I found the eson printers a little heavy on ink usage
any one else found this? plus the fact my r 200 went back to the shop 3 times in 3 months went for The canon
i 865 best printer i ever used cd-dvd prints like a dream, lost a lot of faith in epson and there god awful
protection counter

I'm happy (well, pretty damn ecstatic) with my Canon i865. Worth every single penny.

Cheap ink, and it doesn't seem to use a lot of it.

Fine (very, very fine) quality prints on all sorts of random media.

Can't recommend enough :)

couldnt agree with u more about this printer, bought mine in january and i have just begun my 3rd set of ink
, and i have done some serious printing, it is so economical when compared to the epsons i was used to
