Google has announced the death of Buzz, the company's foray into social networking before Google+. The network gave the company issues when it automatically opted-in all 200 million Gmail users without asking for permission. Google paid $8.5 million to settle the case. Buzz was a pile of garbage. By far the worst Google product I've used... G+ is promising and has great features, but it lacks user base. I have only 8 friends in G+ and everyone else I know shuns it anyway...
